By downloading, installing, or using Howdy Mate! ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Howdy Mate! is a personal relationship management app that helps you stay in touch with friends and loved ones. Your personal content (friends, check-ins, notes) is stored locally on your device. No account creation is required. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple and managed by RevenueCat.

The App offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription:

• Free: Up to 5 friends with all check-in features.
• Pro: Unlimited friends. Available as:
  • Monthly subscription at $3.99/month
  • Annual subscription at $19.99/year (includes 7-day free trial)
  • One-time lifetime purchase at $49.99

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.

Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew at any time through your iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.

The annual subscription includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid annual subscription. You will not be charged during the trial period.

All purchases and refunds are managed by Apple in accordance with the App Store's refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Sammy Sergi. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sammy Sergi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device damage, loss, or App deletion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
