By downloading, installing, or using Howdy Mate! ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Howdy Mate! is a personal relationship management app that helps you stay in touch with friends and loved ones. Your personal content (friends, check-ins, notes) is stored locally on your device. The App is free to use in full, with no account creation, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases.

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Sammy Sergi. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under any other law, that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

Subject to the paragraph above, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and to the fullest extent permitted by law Sammy Sergi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the App. Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device damage, loss, or App deletion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and Sammy Sergi each submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and of any courts competent to hear appeals from them.
